Our Menu of Services Included

Prenatal Care
Prenatal care follows the same schedule as OB care- from about 12-27 weeks we will see each other monthly, 28-36 weeks, we will see each other biweekly, and finally, weekly until up to 43 weeks
Childbirth Education
This will be throughout your entire pregnancy, every time we see each other! I will also be sending you education handouts on a regular basis, depending on what week of pregnancy you are in. Prepare to gain wisdom my friend :)
Boutique Style Ultrasounds
No more than 2 ultrasounds during your pregnancy to keep baby safe and comfy, but we get to take a couple fun looks! We like to confirm baby is head down as well.
Labor and Birth
Midwives are the keepers of normal physiologic birth. We are trained to notice as soon as something steps out of the realm of normal, and into a need for a higher level of care. This is why we stress the importance of healthy diet and lifestyle during the childbearing year, and then beyond of course! If a need occurs we will accompany you and your partner to the hospital and step down into a doula role. This is optional, but either way, your doctor will have your records and we thank them for being there when there is a need.
Waterbirth
There is an option to rent one of our four tubs!
Immunization Education
I have an extensive literary, and video library for you to educate yourself on the topic of childhood vaccines. Many years ago I decided I would not be vaccinating my future children after my first child experienced several side effects. I absolutely disclose my bias on this topic because the facts are the facts and the data doesn't lie, so in good conscience I must disclose the truth.
Postpartum and Well baby Care
We will keep seeing each other in the PP period for up to 6 weeks. During this time, I will be monitoring the wellbeing of both you AND your baby. If something is a miss, I will refer you to your physician of choice, but otherwise, you don't need to see one, unless you want to, and/or are vaccinating.
Well Woman Care
This includes optional PAP and breast exams, whether you are pregnant or not. Some women prefer a midwife to do these exams, rather than an OB in a medical office.
Nutrition Counseling
This ALSO happens every time we see each other! Nutrition is THEE most important aspect of general health and bodily function, so I find it very important to address diet and lifestyle several times throughout your pregnancy. No judgement, only encouragement and perseverance to accountability over your own pregnancy.
Home and office visits
We will meet in the office and then at 37 weeks we will do a home visit! We will meet in your home for the first two weeks postpartum before being back in the office.
A La Carte Services available in your fee, depending on the PACKAGE you choose! Including:-Prenatal Massage-A Postpartum Package with freezer meals and a gift basket for mom and baby! -AND a birth photographer with Birth With Hope
